I have now been in the role of Independent Chair at Cambridge Partners for the past three years, and with the company celebrating 30 years in business this year it feels like an appropriate time to reflect on the business’s achievements and confirm our vision for the future.
Over the past three years, the Board has been meticulously working through the succession of our founders, ensuring that the company continues to deliver exceptional value to our clients. At the same time the Board has been focusing on developing and supporting the next generation of leaders in the business, to set the company up for the next 30 years.
When I came into the role of Chair at Cambridge Partners it was immediately clear that clients are at the heart of the business. This is embedded in the company’s values, way of working and decision making. The advisers and support team works tirelessly to understand and anticipate the company’s clients’ needs, offering tailored advice and investment strategies that align with their financial goals and allow them to build better lives.
It was also clear that Cambridge Partner has a number of key partners that play a crucial role in its success. The Board value the trust and collaboration that underpin these relationships and is committed to continuing to foster mutually beneficial partnerships. By working together, we can deliver the advice our clients deserve.
Looking ahead, the Board is excited about the opportunities that lie ahead. Our focus will be to continually improve the delivery and value of our advice, your client experience, and thus deliver sustainable growth for both clients and the Cambridge Partners business. The board is confident that our strategic direction, combined with our unwavering commitment to clients, will enable the company to continue to flourish for the next 30 years.
In closing, I would like to extend my thanks to our clients and partners for your continued support and trust in Cambridge Partners. Together, we will continue to achieve great things and build a prosperous future.
Warm regards,
Paul Munro
