Farewell to Jacob Wolt

Jacob financial adviser at cambridge partners

As we farewell Jacob Wolt, we look back on his time as a Financial Adviser and co-Founder of Cambridge Partners.

Starting his career and family in his early 20s, Jacob was always interested in following his passion and entrepreneurial spirit. Inspired by his father, colleagues, and business partners, Jacob reflects on his varied experiences, from owning a landscaping business, working in a burger bar, teaching in Christchurch, Wairoa, and Invercargill, and even running a contract business carting hay. His 12-year career in the insurance industry made him realise his true passion – to build an independent financial advice firm that would provide excellent outcomes for clients.

After continuous personal development, supported by his business partners, Bradley Nuttall was formed in 1994. Their vision was to provide holistic financial planning while following an evidence-based investment philosophy. His initial work laid a solid foundation for Cambridge Partners today.

Jacob thrived on helping people gain confidence to live their best lives by empowering them to make sound financial decisions over his 25-year career as an Adviser. He has championed the value of keeping clients at the heart of all we do at Cambridge Partners. With Jacob moving on to his next endeavours, his clients are now supported by our experienced team of Financial Advisers, who will continue to provide the premium financial advice service they are accustomed to.

From the team at Cambridge Partners, we hope you can join us in wishing Jacob the best for his future.
