Tracy is a Client Services Manager with a strong passion for helping clients achieve their long-term financial goals. She has been with the Cambridge Partners team for 7 years and has a background in corporate support across legal, finance, and accounting sectors. She brings a wealth of experience and professionalism to her role.

Tracy holds the New Zealand Certificate in Financial Services (Level 5) – Investments, which underpins her understanding of the wealth management landscape. 

Tracy finds great reward in connecting with clients, understanding their journeys, and delivering support and solutions that make a meaningful difference. Seeing the positive outcomes of her work reflected in client satisfaction is a key motivator. 

In addition to her financial expertise, Tracy holds a Diploma in Interior Design and Decorating (Level 5), which she applied in the successful refit of the firm’s Worcester Street office — demonstrating her creativity and attention to detail. 

Tracy lives in Christchurch with her husband Mike and they have three sons. Outside of work, she enjoys mountain biking, staying active, and travelling.
