Ruby is Cambridge Partners’ Client Services and Operations Manager and is passionate about bringing people, processes, and purpose together. Originally from Waihōpai Invercargill, she moved to Ōtautahi Christchurch in 2016 to study at the University of Canterbury and quickly made the city home.

With a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Human Services and a New Zealand Certificate in Financial Services (Level 5), Ruby has a strong interest in how people, teams, and systems interact. She enjoys supporting the development of high-performing teams, improving processes, and helping create seamless experiences for both clients and colleagues. She loves seeing the positive impact that quality financial advice can have on people’s lives and is proud to play a part in making that possible.

Outside of work, Ruby lives in Christchurch with her partner James and their Springer Spaniel, Wilbur. Together, they enjoy exploring the Port Hills, visiting local beaches, and working their way through Christchurch’s ever-growing café scene.
