Ruby is originally from Waihōpai Invercargill and moved to Ōtautahi Christchurch for university in 2016 and never left! She is passionate about seeing how good financial advice can enable people to lead their most fulfilling lives. She makes sure that things run smoothly in her team, coordinates meetings with clients and their Adviser, prepares documents and supports clients with any questions they might have. Ruby has a Bachelor of Arts, majoring in Sociology and Human Services, from the University of Canterbury. She has also obtained her New Zealand Certificate in Financial Services (Level 5).

She lives in Ōtautahi with her partner James and their Springer Spaniel Wilbur. They love spending time outdoors, adventuring through the Port Hills, heading to local beaches and experiencing the Christchurch café scene,
