Jo brings over 30 years of experience in banking and financial services, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional support to both Advisers and clients. Known for her warm and professional approach, Jo is passionate about helping clients achieve their financial goals and providing peace of mind that their financial affairs are well looked after.

In her role as Client Services Manager, Jo ensures clients receive timely, accurate, and thoughtful service and makes every interaction count.

Jo lives in Christchurch with her husband and two children. She’s a keen sports fan, especially when cheering on her kids, and loves running, walking, biking, and travelling. Jo also contributes to her community as Treasurer and Executive member of the Nomads Football Club.
