Covid-19 Alert Level & Office Protocol Update

Auckland is currently at Alert Level 3.

Christchurch is currently at Alert Level 2.

Our Auckland office is closed under Level 3, and our staff continue to work from home.

Important Guidelines When Visiting Our Christchurch Office

Cambridge Partners follows the Ministry of Health Guidelines (MOH) to prevent the spread of COVID-19 and keep our clients and staff safe. Please ensure you read the precautions below before visiting our offices.

We are open for prearranged appointments only

  • Our Christchurch office is open for prearranged appointments only, under Alert Level 2. 
  • If you are feeling unwell or showing flu-like symptoms, we ask you not to visit our office and instead encourage you to speak with your adviser by video or phone.  
  • As the health and safety of our clients and staff are paramount, all client-facing staff are fully vaccinated.  

Please scan in on arrival

  • When you arrive for your appointment, you will be asked to scan in using the COVID tracer app for contact tracing purposes. The scanning is a requirement both for the Te Urutī building downstairs and our office on Level 4.  
  • Please let reception know if, for any reason, you cannot scan in, and they will log you in manually. 

Health and Safety 

  • Face masks need to be worn in the public spaces within the building. This includes bathrooms, public foyers, stairs and lifts. Hand sanitiser is provided for you in the building foyer, and as you enter our office.
  • Two people are permitted in the lift at a time. However, if you are in a household bubble, you may ride in the lift together.
  • Face masks and hand sanitiser will be provided for you to use in our office.
  • Our receptionist will greet you and take you to a meeting room where 2-metre social distancing can be adhered to when you arrive.
  • All meeting rooms will be thoroughly cleaned between meetings.

Alert Level 1 

Christchurch and Auckland offices are open. 

Alert Level 2 

Christchurch and Auckland offices are closed to the public. 

Client meetings face to face by prior arrangement only – no “walk-ins” 

No Client Events 

Health and safety are prioritised – strict hygiene, contract tracing and social distancing processes applied. 

Alert Level 3 

Client appointments by phone, email and Teams Channel 
Christchurch and Auckland offices are closed to public and client meetings. 

Alert Level 4 

Client appointments by phone, email and Teams Channel 
Christchurch and Auckland offices are closed to public and client meetings.
